Isaiah Robert Tilghman slipped past guards at the Blair County Prison on Sunday, Dec. 3, and fled the area in a stolen red 2011 Ford F-150, authorities said.

The 33-year-old was being held on drug charges and alleged parole violations, officials noted.

Around 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, police said they found the plate from the truck Tilghman stole attached to a similar Ford on the 3500 block of Belgrade Street.

Investigators believe he is still driving the 2011 Ford but with the stolen tag reading PA ZKA-1062.

Tilghman is described as 5-foot-10 and 160 pounds with brown eyes, black hair, and tattoos on both arms. His last known address was on the 6200 block of Dickens Avenue in Southwest Philly.

“This fugitive task force is now working two simultaneous escape investigations,” said Supervisory Deputy U.S. Marshal Robert Clark. “We continue to ask the public for any tips relating to Gino Hagenkotter and Isaiah Tilghman.”

Hagenkotter was serving a "minimum sentence" for theft and burglary at the Riverside Correctional Facility when he walked away from a work detail on Thursday, Nov. 30, Daily Voice reported.

Anyone who spots either man is asked to call the U.S. Marshals Philadelphia Tipline at 1-866-865-8477.
